After closing our storefront in 2019 it didn't take long for us to miss the simple pleasures that came from baking. Although baking is no longer our main profession, we still want to contribute to our towns food identity. What is the Food Freedom Act?
The Flour Bin operates under the food freedom act which was signed into law in 2015. The general purpose of this act allows the direct sale of homemade products to consumers. The Flour Bin is not certified, labeled, licensed, packaged, regulated or inspected.
